<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a skilled ERP Integration Specialist with hands-on experience in ERP systems, specifically with Cloud Procurement Systems like COUPA, OBN, SAP BN and SAP Business One, to join our Integration team. This role is critical in facilitating seamless connections between Oracle platforms and SAP B1 as part of our supplier onboarding and procurement automation efforts.</p> <p><em>This role is based out of our corporate headquarters office in Boston. We are a flexible hybrid environment with 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in the office. Please note that we are only accepting candidates that reside in the greater Boston area.</em></p> <p><strong>How You Will Contribute</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and implement integration solutions between OBN/JAGGAER/COUPA systems, SAP Business Network, and SAP Business One.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather integration requirements and ensure successful ERP system alignment.</li> <li>Work closely with the Procurement and IT teams to streamline purchasing workflows and data synchronization.</li> <li>Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.</li> <li>Develop documentation and provide support during supplier onboarding processes.</li> <li>Stay current with ERP system updates and best practices to optimize integration strategies.</li> <li>Proven experience with Oracle ERP platforms.</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of SAP Business One (SAP B1).</li> <li>Deep understanding of procurement processes across both Oracle/Jagger/Coupa and SAP environments.</li> <li>Experience in ERP system integration, data mapping, and API-based connectivity.</li> <li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Bring to the Team</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience working in a B2B supplier marketplace or life sciences procurement domain.</li> <li>Familiarity with middleware platforms or iPaaS solutions.</li> <li>Understanding of cXML formats and supplier enablement strategies.</li> <li>Hands-on knowledge and understanding of APIs</li> </ul> <p><strong>About the Company</strong></p> <p>Labviva is on a mission to accelerate the pace of life science research.
